Chris Siercks, an Associate Attorney at The McKay Firm, practices in the areas of Section 1983 defense and general civil defense litigation, representing businesses and individuals throughout all stages of the litigation process. Prior to joining The McKay Firm, Chris practiced at a regional civil defense firm, representing businesses and individuals in civil litigation. He later joined a plaintiffs’ firm, where he represented individuals in personal injury matters. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants provides valuable insight into the perspectives and strategies of opposing parties and counsel.

Before attending law school, Chris served in the United States Marine Corps from 2012 to 2017, attaining the rank of Sergeant. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Walton J. McLeod, IV.
