Jake Biltoft, an Associate Attorney at The McKay Firm, practices in the areas of Section 1983 and governmental defense and general civil defense litigation. Prior to joining as an attorney, he worked at the McKay Firm as a law clerk for about two years during law school. Jake grew up in Spartanburg, SC but currently resides in Columbia.
