Luke concentrates his practice in the areas of government defense, Section 1983 Defense and general liability defense. He has handled jury and nonjury trials in municipal, magistrate, state trial courts.

He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and is admitted to practice in South Carolina, and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

A native of Lancaster, South Carolina, Luke graduated from the University of South Carolina and the Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the Capital City Rotary Club and has served on multiple non-profit boards. Prior to working at The McKay Firm, Luke spent most of his career as a prosecutor for the State of South Carolina.
